This package begins with a detailed in person consultation with leadership to understand current challenges, staffing structures and program gaps. From there, a clear action plan is developed and implemented across a series of onsite support days, ranging from weekly visits to multiple days per term, depending on need. Support is ongoing, structured and tailored to each school, with a strong focus on moving applied learning programs forward with clarity and purpose.

Staff are upskilled through practical modelling, coaching and structured planning sessions, while documentation, curriculum and assessment systems are strengthened alongside them. Leadership is supported throughout the process to ensure clarity, sustainability and long term program stability.
